There is little doubt Robin Roefs continues in goal after a strong finish to a brilliant debut season. Lutsharel Geertruida looks likely to leave this summer, yet two accomplished displays underline his professionalism and quality, so he seems certain to stay at right-back.

Nordi Mukiele is expected to remain at centre-back after a reshuffle in Ballard’s absence worked well over the last fortnight. He is comfortable in the role and has performed strongly.

Luke O’Nien impressed as a substitute against Everton and that looks likely to put him in the XI. Omar Alderete faces a late fitness test and Le Bris is currently expecting to be without him.
