According to transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano, Roma and Besiktas have agreed a €20m deal for Tammy Abraham, with the player also accepting the move.
This would resolve the Giallorossi’s problems, as they need to raise €13m by the end of June 30 to balance the books and avoid falling foul of Financial Fair Play requirements.
It is reported that everything was agreed very quickly, with both clubs shaking hands on the terms, and crucially the player also giving the all-clear.
The news was also confirmed by Sky Sport Italia, Sport Mediaset, and Turkish transfer expert Ekrem Konur.

The 27-year-old spent this season on loan at Milan, where he scored 10 goals and provided seven assists in 45 competitive games.
It was only today that the Rossoneri formally confirmed he was being released from the loan, having given up attempting to buy him outright.
A product of the Chelsea youth academy, he moved to Roma in 2021 for €41m plus circa €4m in add-ons.
Galatasaray and Zenit St Petersburg had also shown interest in the centre-forward, who has three goals in 11 senior caps for England, but he seems to be heading to Besiktas instead.
