Bayern Munich are interested in Josh Acheampong and are weighing up whether to make a move this month according to reports.

Three players have already left the Blues this month, and that number is likely to increase before the end of the window.

Chelsea are still hopeful of finding solutions for both Axel Disasi and Raheem Sterling, but as of yet no offers have come in for either player.

However, in a change of plans the Blues are also looking to bring in another centre back and possibly a midfielder to provide short term cover.

Chelsea have identified Rennes star Jeremy Jacquet as their main target at centre back, although they are yet to make an offer.

If the Blues do sign Jacquet it could raise questions over the future of Acheampong, who was promoted to the first team squad last season.

Acheampong has been linked with a move to Crystal Palace, and The Guardian have now reported Bayern Munich are interested, and are weighing up whether to make a move this month.

The report adds Chelsea are intent on keeping Acheampong and have received no offers, whilst sources insist they want to keep the teenager.

Chelsea reportedly turned down interest in Acheampong from Borussia Dortmund in the summer, and it will be interesting to see what they’d do if an offer came in.

The 19-year-old didn’t feature much this season under Enzo Maresca, but has been involved more regularly under Liam Rosenior, and has made 17 appearances in all competitions this season.

Whilst Chelsea are looking to bring another centre back in, they are also looking to find a solution for Disasi before the end of the window.

Disasi hasn’t played for Chelsea in over a year, and has been training away from the first team, although he was seen in training before the game against Pafos.

Roma and Lyon are said to have made approaches, but as of yet no offers have been received, and the Frenchman’s only appearances this season have been for the development side.
