Report – Galatasaray To Ramp Up Chase Of Inter Milan Star This Week After Player Green Lights Move | OneFootball

Galatasaray will reportedly ramp up their pursuit of Inter Milan’s Hakan Calhanoglu this week.

This according to Turkish outlet Sabah, via FCInterNews. They report that the former AC Milan midfielder has already given his green light to the move.

There is certainly no doubt that Galatasaray are keen to sign Hakan Calhanoglu.

There are reports that the Istanbul giants have already approached the 31-year-old. They have made clear to the player that they are ready to offer him a contract.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray have not made an offer to Inter yet. But they know that the Nerazzurri certainly won’t be letting Calhanoglu go for cheap.

According to Sabah, Galatasaray expect Inter to hold out for around €30 million.

That is still more than the Turkish champions are hoping to pay. However, it is also not exactly out of reach.

According to Turkish outlet Sabah, Galatasaray have the green light from Hakan Calhanoglu.

After making their proposal to the 31-year-old, he has decided that he wants to join.

Therefore, Sabah anticipate, Galatasaray’s plan is to have Calhanoglu go to Inter and ask for the transfer.

That way, the Nerazzurri could feel open to lowering their demands a bit on fee. Calhanoglu could ask his current club to meet Galatasaray somewhere in the middle in negotiations.

And according to Sabah, the Turkish club are set to make their move sometime this week.
