There’s next to no chance of Bayern Munich fulfilling the criteria necessary to make the loan of Nicolas Jackson permanent according to reports.
Jackson completed a deadline day loan to Bayern, with an obligation to buy based on making a certain number of appearances, believed to be 40 starts.
The 24-year-old is said to be enjoying life in Munich, and has scored four goals in 14 appearances in all competitions.
Jackson has played second fiddle to Harry Kane for most of the season, and turned down the chance to return to Chelsea after Liam Delap suffered a hamstring injury.
The Senegal international spent two seasons at Stamford Bridge, and it feels all bridges are burnt in regards to a return at the end of the season.

It’s been reported Bayern have no intention of signing Jackson on a permanent basis, and The Athletic have added a further update.
They report there’s next to no chance of Bayern meeting the criteria to make the move permanent or the club choosing to sign him without renegotiating the already agreed £57m fee.
The Athletic add Chelsea have no interest in changing the conditions of the deal, whilst there is expected to be interest from the Premier League.
Even if Jackson wanted to come back to Chelsea that path now seems to be blocked after the Blues signed Emmanuel Emegha from Strasbourg.
The Dutch international has penned a seven year deal at Stamford Bridge and will join at the end of the current season.

Chelsea believe Emegha has greater potential than Jackson, and he scored 14 goals in Ligue 1 last season as Strasbourg qualified for the Conference League.
The 22-year-old will likely compete with Joao Pedro and Liam Delap for minutes as striker in Enzo Maresca’s squad next season.
