According to Globo.com, Wolverhampton head coach Rob Edwards confirmed on Friday, the eve of facing Chelsea, that Jhon Arias will join Palmeiras.
The transfer will be finalised at €25m, with a contract running until the end of 2029.

Arias’ time in English football was brief, lasting less than a year at Wolves. He made 26 appearances, scoring two goals and supplying one assist.
Edwards said the club had anticipated this could happen and kept control of the situation, adding that nobody would leave without their approval if it was not judged best for the club’s future.
He wished the player well and said they believe this is the right decision for the club.
