Mexico’s U-20 National Team played its second match of the Revelations Cup tonight, a tournament that serves as part of its preparation for the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship, where it will seek qualification for the next FIFA U-20 World Cup. The Mexican side faced Piratas FC at Estadio Luis “Pirata” Fuente in a match that ended in a scoreless draw.
The Rojiblanco contingent once again played an important role for the team coached by Alex Diego. Yohan Orozcoearned another start and played 74 high-intensity minutes, showing solidity in his defensive duties on the flank while making timely movements inside to help clear danger from Mexico’s penalty area.
At the start of the second half, Samir Inda, Hugo Camberos, and Santiago Sandoval entered the match to provide greater dynamism to the national team’s attack. All three Rebaño Sagrado players were actively involved in offensive combinations, looking to create advantages in the attacking half and adding mobility in the final third.
Meanwhile, Carlos Hernández also saw action after entering in the 82nd minute. The Rojiblanco defender displayed confidence and composure in central defense, winning key duels and helping neutralize Piratas FC’s attacking attempts.
With this result, Mexico U-20 continues refining details as part of its preparation process for the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship.
