Roma and Lens close to an agreement for Juventus target Kevin Danso

According to a report by Fabrice Hawkins, Kevin Danso (25) could be on the verge of joining AS Roma from RC Lens after the two clubs have neared an agreement. Danso is reportedly keen to join the Italian side after he was convinced by sporting director Florent Ghisolfi.

Hawkins writes that it will have to be seen what impact Paulo Dybala’s (30) decision to remain in the Italian capital will have on incomings for Roma after the Argentine international refused to leave the club despite looking very close to joining Saudi Arabian side Al Qadsiah.

However, Roma will have to act quickly if they want to secure Danso’s signature as they are from the only club interested in the Austrian centre-back. The defender reportedly has a suitor in Germany, while Juventus have also been considering a move for the Lensois after they missed out on Jean-Clair Todibo (24).
