Richard Rios is Roma’s main midfield target, and negotiations with Palmeiras appear to be entering a decisive phase.

According to Fabrizio Romano on his YouTube channel, Roma haven’t yet closed on Rios and will have to keep an eye on Benfica.
Indeed, the more hours pass, the more likely other teams are to enter the fray for the Colombian.
The Giallorossi remain the player’s priority, but have never exceeded €30 million.
The offer remains at €27 million + €3 million, but Palmeiras continues to want a guaranteed €30 million.
The transfer market expert confirms that discussions between the two clubs are ongoing.
