Romain Faivre is now expected to be loaned by Bournemouth to Auxerre rather than Le Havre, in a late change of course.
According to Paris-Normandie, the attacking midfielder is poised to accept Auxerre’s more favourable salary offer.

Le Havre had believed they were close to securing him on loan. Faivre remains under contract at Bournemouth until 2028.
The 27-year-old has returned to Bournemouth after curtailing his spell at Al-Taawoun in Saudi Arabia earlier this season.
Auxerre are 17th on 12 points and Le Havre are 13th with 18, both battling to stay in Ligue 1.
