SAFiel, which proposes turning Corinthians into a Sociedade Anônima do Futebol, has launched a portal to help club members understand and question the plan.

According to Meu Timao, the site gathers technical foundations, a governance model and safeguards for the club’s assets and identity, plus key material, at www.safielparasocios.com.br. It has FAQs and registration that does not signal support.

SAFiel says members merit clear, precise information, full transparency and guarantees, arguing that better access will improve debate and the legitimacy of any collective decision.

On Saturday the organisers staged a live broadcast with journalists and influencers to promote a petition backing the project, which seeks to raise at least R$ 2.5 billion through a fan share offering.

Filed on 2 June, the plan targets R$ 2.5 billion, up to R$ 3 billion if oversubscribed, to cut football debt, invest in sport, upgrade infrastructure, strengthen governance and aid the social club.

The SAF would assume professional football assets and liabilities. The club would keep a stake, receive about R$ 600 million in royalties over 10 years, and hold a golden share, plus new oversight bodies.

Voting shares would be reserved for Corinthians fans from R$ 250 with caps per CPF. Institutions could buy only non-voting stock if needed, alongside identity safeguards and a reversibility clause for serious breaches.

Progress depends on club approvals, independent due diligence and valuation by a Big Four firm, CVM filings, a roadshow and a members’ General Assembly. The non-binding letter is valid for 60 days from signature, and can be extended.
