Santos loanees: Andrey Quintino sends Confiança into Sergipano final | OneFootball

Andrey Quintino was the standout among Santos loanees at the weekend, scoring to send Confiança into the Sergipano final and being named player of the match in the second semi-final against Itabaiana. According to Diario Do Peixe, Santos currently have 16 players out on loan, with half of them featuring.

Quintino started for Confiança and struck the second goal in a 2-0 win over Itabaiana in the Sergipano, clinching progression.

Elsewhere, centre-back Luisão started in Goiás’ 1-1 draw with Anapolina in the Goiano. Full-back Hayner began for Vila Nova and was substituted after 23 minutes of the second half in their draw with Atlético-GO.

Midfielder Hyan came on after 31 minutes of the second half in Avaí’s defeat to Camboriú in the Taça Acesc semi-final. Bernardo entered after 14 minutes of the second half in Amazonas’ draw with Parintins.

Overseas, Billal Brahimi featured from the bench in Estrela Amadora’s draw with AVS in Liga Portugal. Caballero appeared after the interval in Portsmouth’s loss to Hull City. Enzo Monteiro was introduced after 17 minutes of the second half in Chungbuk Cheongju’s defeat to Suwon.
