Roma start Artem Dovbyk, Paulo Dybala and Stephan El Shaarawy together as they try to get back on track against Fabio Pecchia’s Parma.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 11.30 GMT.
The Giallorossi thought they had put the season on the right path under Claudio Ranieri after victories over Lecce and SC Braga, but then fell to a 2-0 defeat at Como.
They were in action on Wednesday, sweeping Sampdoria aside 4-1 in the Coppa Italia, and Bryan Cristante is now the only remaining injury absentee.
That means Dybala and Dovbyk finally get to start together, with El Shaarawy completing the attacking trio.
Mats Hummels and Gianluca Mancini both return to bolster the back line.

Parma are coming off back-to-back defeats, but while losing to Inter at San Siro was to be expected, their 3-2 at home to Verona was not.
Injuries remain extensive for coach Fabio Pecchia, who is without Nahuel Estevez, Adrian Bernabé, Mateusz Kowalski, Gabriel Charpentier, Alessandro Circati, Lautaro Valenti and Yordan Osorio.
Ange-Yoan Bonny leads the attack, with support from Anas Haj Mohamed, Dennis Man and fit-again Hernani.
