Going into the final games of the Serie A season, two of the top four and one last relegation berth are still to be decided.

Those two races collide in Cremona, where Cremonese know even a victory might not be enough to save them from the drop, and Como are in a similar position for the Champions League.

Lecce have only a one-point advantage, and if they finish level with Cremonese, there will be a relegation play-off.

Cremonese vs. Como

Cremonese had the worst build-up to this match, as a stomach bug swept through the squad, ruling out Warren Bondo, Martin Payero, Faris Moumbagna and Mikayil Faye. Antonio Sanabria, Federico Baschirotto and Federico Ceccherini are also injured, so all hopes are pinned on Jamie Vardy.

Como only have Nico Paz fit for the bench, with Alex Valle and Jayden Addai long-term absentees, so Jesus Rodriguez steps in with Martin Baturina, Assane Diao and Tasos Douvikas.

Lecce vs. Genoa

Lecce know a victory would guarantee their Serie A safety, but have only a one-point advantage over Cremonese. Medon Berisha and Riccardo Sottil miss out, with Lameck Banda, Ylber Ramadani and Santiago Pierotti not at 100 per cent either.

Vitinha is suspended for Genoa, with Ruslan Malinovskyi, Leo Ostigard, Tommaso Baldanzi, Caleb Ekuban, Jeff Ekhator, Junior Messias, Maxwel Cornet and Jean Onana injured.
