The Rossoneri need a victory to keep the gap with leaders Inter intact at seven points, as it expanded with their rescheduled midweek draw against Como.
Santiago Gimenez is the only remaining absentee, as Rabiot has completed his ban and returns to the midfield with Luka Modric.
Strahinja Pavlovic sustained a bruise to the shin and is only fit for the bench, so Davide Bartesaghi drops into the back three, introducing Pervis Estupinan on the left wing.
There is a boost with Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek now fully recovered to join Rafael Leao in the starting XI.
Matteo Gabbia pulled out in the warm-up, replaced by Koni De Winter.
Coach Max Allegri sits out a touchline ban following his altercation with Cesc Fabregas’ Como staff.

Parma are on fine form and broke away from the danger zone thanks to back-to-back victories over Bologna and Verona.
Alessandro Circati is suspended, with Abdoulaye Ndiaye, Zion Suzuki, Pontus Almqvist and Matija Frigan still out of action, so Mariano Troilo steps into defence.
January signing Gabriel Strefezza gets his first start, in support of centre-forward Pellegrino.
Mandela Keita and Adrian Bernabé pull the midfield strings.
