Milan lost 3-2 at home to Atalanta, which allowed Juventus to leapfrog them into third. Roma are also on 67 points after a stoppage-time 3-2 comeback win at Parma.

Como won 1-0 away to already-relegated Verona to stay firmly in contention on 65 points, only three shy of third.

Even Napoli could be dragged back into the scrap if they fail to beat Bologna on Monday evening. If they lose, just five points would separate second from sixth with two matches remaining.

With so little in it, the remaining fixtures could prove decisive.

Rafael Leao was booked and will therefore be suspended when Milan visit Genoa.
