Serie B games were called off today following the death of Pope Francis, so Palermo announced they are donating food prepared for the match to a homeless centre he had visited.
The Vatican confirmed that Pope Francis passed away today, so with Italy in mourning, all sporting events have been cancelled.
That includes a full schedule of Serie B Week 34 fixtures, which are yet to be rescheduled.

The Rosanero announced a special gesture in his memory, as there were already 600 meals prepared for the catering at the Stadio Renzo Barbera for their game against Carrarese.
As it is not clear when the match will be rescheduled, the club has donated the meals to the Mission of Hope and Charity in Palermo.
This was the shelter where Pope Francis had lunch with those staying at the centre during his visit to Sicily in September 2018.
The mission was opened in the 1990s and now has four centres in Sicily looking after more than a million homeless people.
