Leeds United are weighing January additions to aid their relegation fight, with Brennan Johnson and Arsenal youngster Nefeye Osazee among names linked.
BBC Sport reports that Tottenham are open to selling Johnson if a suitable offer arrives, despite not actively shopping the 24-year-old, while The Talent Hunter on X says Osazee, an under-16, is on Leeds’ radar alongside other Premier League clubs. The report also notes Crystal Palace are most advanced in their interest, with other teams monitoring.
Leeds’ attack had spluttered for much of the season before a recent upturn. Nine goals in four league matches, including an ongoing unbeaten run against Chelsea, Liverpool and Brentford, have eased pressure on Daniel Farke and moved them three points clear of the drop zone.
Johnson is a forward whose availability will attract attention across the division, and any move could appeal to Leeds as they seek reinforcements. The Welsh winger scored the winner in last season’s Europa League final, but has only two goals in 14 Premier League appearances this term.
Leeds are also surveying options for their academy and Osazee remains a possibility, though no decision has been made on his future.
