Ousmane Dembélé broke the game open in the 12th minute with a close-range finish, setting Paris Saint-Germain on their way to a 5-0 victory over Marseille.
Dembélé timed his run to the back post to tap in after a rapid break and square ball (12.). The winger's starting positions pinned the visiting full backs and gave PSG an early platform.
He doubled up by pouncing on a Leonardo Balerdi mistake, driving into the box and rifling into the roof of the net at the near post (37.). Les Olympiens could not live with his pressing and changes of direction.
After the restart he turned creator, swivelling to clip a deft pass into the right channel for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to volley home first time (66.). Les Phocéens were already reeling by then.
The France international finished with three attempts, two on target, plus four successful dribbles and 11 successful final third passes, underlining how he combined end product with relentless ball progression.
PSG return to the Ligue 1 summit and visit Rennes next. Les Olympiens host Strasbourg next.
How high would you rate Dembélé's performance tonight?
