According to Diario Do Peixe, the STJD’s fifth Disciplinary Commission fined Santos R$ 5,000 for delays during their 3-0 win at Juventude, and sanctioned the hosts R$ 3,500 after a post-match pitch invasion.
The hearing was held on Monday 9 March. The match took place on 3 December last year at Alfredo Jaconi in round 37 of the 2025 Brasileirão.
A minute’s silence honoured former CBF referee Luís Antônio Silva Santos. The visitors then caused a two-minute delay to kick-off by arriving late for the entry protocol, and delayed their return after half-time by two minutes, which pushed the restart back by one minute.
After full-time, four unidentified supporters entered the pitch and were quickly contained by security. During the intervention a security guard collided with Santos defender Zé Ivaldo, who fell but was unharmed.
Santos were charged under Article 206 of the CBJD, which covers delays to the start or restart and carries fines of R$ 100 to R$ 1,000 per minute. Juventude faced Article 213 for failing to prevent a pitch invasion, punishable by a fine of R$ 100 to R$ 100,000.
