VfB Stuttgart have completed the permanent signing of Bilal El Khannouss, converting his loan from Leicester City that began last summer.
"All the conditions have now been met. We’re delighted that we’ve been able to tie Bilal permanently to VfB," said sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth. He was speaking to Sport Bild.

The deal included an obligation to buy, which was activated once the 21-year-old reached the required number of appearances.
In addition to the initial loan fee, Stuttgart will pay a further €15 million, taking the overall cost to just under €20 million.
El Khannouss has signed a contract with the Bundesliga club running until the summer of 2030.
