Sunderland are bracing for a potential £110m double test this summer as top-flight clubs eye midfielders Noah Sadiki and Enzo Le Fée.

TEAMtalk reports that Chelsea currently lead the race for Sadiki, with Manchester United also showing firm interest. The 21-year-old DR Congo international joined from Union Saint-Gilloise for around £15m last summer and has impressed in his debut Premier League campaign.

Chelsea are said to be the most active, having held fresh talks with his representatives last week while exploring a move. His valuation is understood to be about £45m, though an offer would likely need to hit £60m to test Sunderland’s resolve, a fee that would be a club-record sale. Arsenal are tracking him, with Tottenham and Everton among those monitoring.

Alongside Sadiki, French playmaker Le Fée is attracting attention after a standout season. Clubs chasing Champions League places, including Liverpool, are monitoring the 26-year-old, who has four goals and six assists in 31 appearances and has sometimes featured out of position.

Sunderland want to protect their position and are considering improved terms for key players, with Sadiki and Le Fée central to long-term plans. Any move for Le Fée would likely require in excess of £50m. He joined permanently last summer after an initial loan, for around £20m from AS Roma, and is contracted until 2029.
