Sunderland entertained Burnley at the Stadium of Light earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Black Cats made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the ninth minute due to an unfortunate own goal from Axel Tuanzebe. Habib Diarra doubled his team’s advantage in the 32nd minute as Sunderland went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.

Chemsdine Talbi got his name on the scoresheet in the 72nd minute as Regis Le Bris’ men earned an impressive 3-0 win at home.

He came back to defend when he could and was lively in the final third. Reinildo has got an assist to show for his efforts.

Sadiki was accurate with his passing but failed to impress in the Burnley half.
