West Brom have welcomed £3.3m signing Tammer Bany back into training, with Karlan Grant edging closer to a return before a bank holiday double header.
As reported by ExpressAndStar.com, Wrexham visit The Hawthorns on Friday, then Albion head to relegation rivals Blackburn on Monday. James Morrison had only a handful of players away on international duty last weekend, while most of the squad worked at the training ground.
Albion’s recent run of two wins and two draws has lifted them four points clear of the relegation zone. The job is not done yet.
Bany has made only a few appearances from the bench since arriving from Rangers more than a year ago. After edging towards a comeback, he picked up an injury earlier this season, but has now been pictured training with team-mates and featured in an Instagram session alongside Grant.
Grant has been out since the draw at Derby earlier this year. He is set for a mid April return and is back in training.
Callum Styles has also trained with his team-mates despite his Hungary call-up. Hungary beat Slovenia in a weekend friendly and face Greece tonight, but Styles has not travelled and has stayed with Albion.
