New signing Olivia Holdt will have to wait make her debut in Lilywhite as Robert Vilahamn confirmed that she still needs ‘one or two weeks’ after recovering from an injury.
The midfielder, who completed the move to Hotspur Way last week, suffered an injury for FC Rosengard back in September, missing the Swedish side's last eight games of the campaign.
Although Olivia has been out on the pitch in her first week at our Enfield training base, Robert revealed that the Denmark international still needs time to return to full fitness.
Speaking to the media in his pre-match press conference on Thursday afternoon, he said: "She's returning to play now as she coming back from a broken leg, so she's back and on the grass but we need to build her up for one or two weeks."
On a positive team news note, goalkeeper Becky Spencer is back available after being sidelined with illness for our final three fixtures of 2024.
Rosella Ayane is also available for selection after returning from her loan spell with Chicago Red Stars in the first half of the campaign.
In terms of long-term absentees, Ella Morris and Kit Graham all remain unavailable through injury.
When asked about further team news for Sunday, he added: "Obviously Kit is doing her rehab but is still far away from returning to the grass.
"Ella is running on the grass, but she's still quite a few weeks away before she's back on the pitch with us, otherwise, we will have a strong squad for Sunday."
