What an evening, what a victory! After two consecutive league defeats, Milan Primavera bounced back in the best way possible, picking up a precious win away to table-topping Fiorentina. At Viola Park, it finished 3-1 to Guidi's side, who, after taking an early lead through Tartaglia (his first appearance at this level), also struck through Victor and Perrucci late on after Caprini's equaliser for the hosts. The Rossoneri thus picked up three deserved and important points against a side they hadn’t beaten since 2017 (both in the league and Coppa Italia). A fantastic result, then, at a stadium where the team's Scudetto dreams ended in the play-offs last season.

It's a victory that only further tightens the table, with a total of 15 teams separated by just seven points. Beyond the three points, this victory over the Tuscans is a reward for the daily work done by a group that has undoubtedly grown over the course of the past three months. The three goalscorers deserve particular mention, starting with 16-year-old Tartaglia, who enjoyed a perfect debut. And then we have Victor and Perrucci, who have only been involved again in the past few weeks after long injury lay-offs. The Rossoneri now need to keep on pushing with their opening fixture of November just around the corner: AC Milan v Hellas Verona awaits at the PUMA House of Football at 13:00 CET on Saturday.

MATCH REPORT The Rossoneri made a lively start, with Scotti testing Leonardelli after a run down the left in the second minute. The opening goal arrived at the seven-minute mark: Bonomi laid it off for Tartaglia, who dinked it over the goalkeeper from the edge of the box. Sala almost doubled our advantage after eleven minutes, but his left-footed effort was blocked by the Viola defence. Fiorentina tried to respond and came close through Rubino (20') and Mandragora, whose free-kick in the 30th minute hit the post. Five minutes before the break, Bonomi cut inside and let fly, but Leonardelli got down to save.

The second half kicked off and Bonomi was once again involved: he combined with Scotti before shooting narrowly off target after 50 minutes. AC Milan were playing well, as captain Stalmach had a go in the 61st minute, but his attempt lacked power. Midway through the period, however, the hosts equalised through a great goal by Caprini, who got the better of Bakoune before beating Nava at his near post. The Viola now had momentum, but the changes made in the final quarter of an hour proved decisive. Because two substitutes ended up deciding the match. In the 81st minute, Victor found the net with a low, left-footed strike from the edge of the area. Then, in stoppage time, Perina found Perrucci, who put the game to bed on the counter. A 3-1 victory for us!
