Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided a fresh injury update ahead of the Premier League clash against Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners have won their three games after the international break and are currently second in the standings, nine points behind Liverpool.
Arsenal need to keep on winning to stay in the title race. Ahead of tomorrow’s game against United, Arteta did not reveal who could return to the squad.
He told reporters: “We’re gonna have a meeting this afternoon. We have done a training session. We monitored and kept some players away from certain activities. They all want to play.”
Arsenal defeated the Red Devils twice last term. They beat them 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium after stoppage-time goals from Declan Rice and Gabriel Jesus.
The Gunners picked up a hard-fought 1-0 triumph in the reverse fixture. They will be aiming for another victory to keep themselves in the title hunt.
Their title prospects are pretty slim at the moment, and they need to build a long winning streak to pile the pressure on Liverpool over the hectic festive period.
