Thiago Silva a doubt for Bahia and Nova Iguaçu; Hulk debuts

Fluminense announced that it will play two friendlies during this World Cup period: against Nova Iguaçu on 07/08 and against Bahia on 07/12, both at the Maracanã. According to journalist Marcello Neves from GE, Thiago Silva is doubtful for both friendlies. The center back will rejoin the squad later than the rest of the team, which returned to training last Tuesday (23), and because of that his presence in the matches is uncertain.

On the other hand, the matches will mark Hulk’s debut in the tricolor shirt. The forward has already rejoined the squad and will play his first match as a Fluminense player.
