Thierry Rendall will miss Valencia’s trip to the Sánchez Pizjuán next Saturday after collecting his fifth yellow card of the season against Oviedo.
AS reports that the Portuguese full-back had started three matches in a row, facing Osasuna, Alavés and Oviedo.

He was booked in the 15th minute of the Oviedo game, then protested to the referee, believing the caution was harsh as it came for his first foul.
The suspension means he effectively begins the FIFA window early, with Valencia not due to play again until five April, when they face Celta.
Thierry had been steadily regaining rhythm following recent physical problems.
