Things to know if travelling to Elland Road

If you are heading to Yorkshire this weekend, here is everything you need to know to ensure you are ready for your visit.
Trains to from London to Leeds leave King’s Cross station every 30 minutes on matchday and take just over two hours.
Unfortunately, there are no direct or indirect train services that will return you to London after the game. Services resume every 30 minutes from 8.10am the next day if you choose to stay the night.
We recommend that you use the National Rail journey planner to plan your route to the match and home again, and book tickets in advance.
Driving from London to Leeds will take just under four hours.
Away supporters can park in the park and ride car park near to Bobby Collins Way, which is near the away coaches.
You can see other parking options in the city centre on Leeds Council’s website.
Shuttle services run from the city centre to Elland Road from 90 minutes before kick-off. Service R2 departs from Sovereign Street, which is close to Leeds train station.
Bus services from Leeds city centre will run all matchday but are suspended one hour before and one hour after the match. Use services 51, 52, 55, 55C, 65 and 75 to travel to the ground. For live updates on bus timetables, use the Citymapper app.
Walking from the city centre to the ground will take just over an hour.
Tickets for this fixture will be distributed digitally. You will receive your ticket(s) by email ahead of the match. Please follow the instructions on the email to get your ticket ready on your phone.
Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Leeds by the Brentford box office.
For those who have requested a physical ticket or have sent a duplicate ticket request, the away ticket office is located in the John Charles Stand, next to the visiting supporter turnstiles.
Please contact Brentford's box office with any enquiries ahead of matchday.
Please also observe and respect the family-friendly seating. Anyone who holds a ticket in this area is reminded that they should be seated for the duration of the match.
Accessible parking is available for blue badge holders and is issued on a first-come, first-served basis. All car parking around the stadium is managed by Leeds City Council.
Supporters who have booked accessible seating must enter the stadium by the Exit W1 gate.
Accessible toilets in the away area require RADAR keys for entry. Wellbeing stewards will be nearby if you need access or assistance, identified by their blue hi-vis vests. If you expect to use the changing places facility, please email accessibility@leedsunited.com ahead of time.

The away section is located in the John Charles stand. Enter at turnstiles 1 and 2, open 90 minutes before kick-off.
There are no designated away pubs near Elland Road and they will turn away visiting supporters. Instead, you can get food and drink at the visiting supporter fan zone outside the away section, open two hours before kick-off, or there are several pubs in the city centre that will welcome away fans.
Leeds operate with pre-entry ticket checks with body and bag searches on entry. The home club advises that supporters who arrive late should not expect to be in the stadium before kick-off.
Bags larger than size A4 will not be permitted and there is no bag storage available.
