City’s stars at the 2025 UEFA Euros are closing in on the start of this summer’s tournament.

The curtain raises on the exciting competition on Wednesday 2 July when Iceland play Finland at Arena Thun before all paths lead to the final on Sunday 27 July at St Jakob-Park, Basel.

In total, nine players among the Blues’ squad have been selected across five national teams with each of those sides in action this week – and here’s how to tune in across the next seven days in the United Kingdom.

SWITZERLAND

City’s second summer signing Iman Beney could make her senior tournament debut when hosts Switzerland open their tournament with a meeting with Norway.

The fixture hosted at St Jakob-Park on Wednesday 2 July at 20:00 (UK) will be shown live in the United Kingdom on BBC One, BBC Sport web and BBC iPlayer.

Beney and .Co are then back in action against Iceland on Sunday 6 July, with kick-off scheduled for 20:00 (UK) which will be shown in Great Britain on ITV1 and STV Scotland.

SPAIN

Reigning world champions Spain kick-off their European pursuit with a meeting with Portugal on Thursday 3 July at 20:00 (UK).

City’s Leila Ouahabi was included in Montse Tome’s squad meaning our defender is set to taste her third major tournament for her country with their first game in Switzerland to be broadcast on ITV1 and STV Scotland.

GERMANY

After making her senior Germany debut in February, Rebecca Knaak has since totalled four caps for her nation and been called into their squad for the 2025 Euros.

The eight-time European champions first face Poland on Friday 4 July at 20:00 (UK) which will be shown on ITV1 and STV Scotland.

NETHERLANDS

City duo Kerstin Casparij and Vivianne Miedema could be in action for the 2017 European champions when the Netherlands play Wales on Saturday 5 July at 17:00 (UK).

And Andries Jonker’s team’s first game in Switzerland will be broadcast on BBC One, BBC Sport Web and BBC iPlayer.

The Blues’ defender is set to taste her second major tournament, meanwhile our striker is closing in on a century of goals for her nation with Miedema currently on 99.

ENGLAND

Many will be anticipating the reigning European champions’ first match at this year’s competition.

City stars Alex Greenwood, Lauren Hemp, Jess Park and Khiara Keating have all been selected by the Lionesses and they could be in action when England face France on Saturday 5 July, with kick-off scheduled for 20:00 (UK).

Sarina Wiegman’s side’s opening game will be broadcast on ITV1 and STV Scotland.
