Valencia are pushing ahead with a loan for Guido Rodríguez, 31, and he could be in the city in the coming hours to finalise the move.
According to AS, West Ham and Valencia have been in talks for several days and the deal is well advanced.

Rodríguez’s contract expires in June. To complete a loan, the English club would need to trigger an extension clause, extendable by one season. Otherwise, they would have to release him so Valencia could sign him outright.
The midfielder fits what Carlos Corberán wants, La Liga experience and immediate impact.
He played three and a half seasons with Betis before leaving for West Ham in summer 2024.
This season he has featured for 177 minutes across six matches under Nuno Espirito Santo.
