According to Globo.com, Vasco have banked R$ 57,109,500 by reaching the Copa do Brasil final after beating Fluminense on penalties at the Maracanã on Sunday.

Fluminense won 1-0 in normal time. Vasco’s 2-1 first-leg win left the tie level, so it went to a shootout, which Vasco won to advance.

Their run has paid R$ 1,543,500 in the first phase and R$ 1,874,250 in the second, plus R$ 2,315,250 in the third.

They added R$ 3,638,250 in the round of 16, R$ 4,740,750 in the quarter-finals, R$ 9,922,500 in the semi-finals and R$ 33,075,000 for reaching the final.

If they beat Corinthians, the final prize would be R$ 77,175,000, taking the overall haul to R$ 101,209,500.

The first leg is scheduled for Wednesday at Neo Química Arena. The decisive game is on Sunday, with the venue still to be confirmed.
