West Brom fans praise James Morrison after Blackburn selection changes | OneFootball

James Morrison has made two changes for Albion’s clash with Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park, drawing praise from supporters.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, after selecting Josh Griffiths for the draw with Wrexham, Morrison has recalled Max O’Leary, who has been first choice since returning in January.

Charlie Taylor replaces Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba, with Callum Styles moving to left midfield and Isaac Price switching to the right.

One supporter described the decisions as refreshing, arguing Morrison had addressed a weakness and that pushing Styles further forward could be a masterstroke.

Another felt the right side looked weak against Wrexham and said that while Griffiths is capable he does not instil confidence, calling both selections correct.

A third suggested the tweaks might signal a back five, with three in midfield and two up front.
