Leeds United visit West Ham on the Premier League’s final day, with fresh injuries shaping both squads. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, combined early checks list three players out and seven doubtful, though one star is now back.

Leeds can reach 50 points with a win at the London Stadium. Third-bottom West Ham could be relegated by the 4pm kick-off if fourth-bottom Tottenham win Tuesday’s game in hand at Chelsea. Given goal difference, even a Spurs draw would realistically seal their fate before Sunday.

Leeds’ safety was confirmed with three games remaining after Arsenal’s 1-0 win at West Ham last weekend. Daniel Farke’s side drew 1-1 at Tottenham on Monday, then beat Brighton 1-0 on Sunday to reach 47 points and sit 14th.

For West Ham, Adama Traore has missed the last two matches with a quadriceps problem. Head coach Nuno Espirito Santos said before the trip to Newcastle United that it would come too soon. Lukasz Fabianski has not featured for the first team all season due to a back issue, his only outing was for the under-21s in an FEL Trophy tie against MK Dons in September.

For Leeds, Facundo Buonanotte missed Tottenham with a hamstring issue and was then ineligible to face parent club Brighton, so his status for the finale is unclear. Jayden Bogle also has a hamstring problem and was still unavailable on Friday. Gabi Gudmundsson remains out after a hamstring injury in the FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea, while Noah Okafor is sidelined with a calf issue, with both returns uncertain.
