Coventry City players mocked teammate Jay Dasilva over his height as he was given a toddlers shirt after reaching 100 appearances for the club.
Coventry City's squad hilariously mocked Jay Dasilva as they presented him with a club shirt following his 100th appearance in sky blue on Tuesday night.
Frank Lampard’s men have enjoyed a brilliant campaign so far, as they currently lead the way in the Championship, and they crucially hold a nine-point advantage over third-placed Millwall.
It has obviously been a team effort to put Coventry in that position, but Dasilva has played an integral role, with the left-back featuring in every league game so far.

The most recent outing came in the 1-1 draw at Preston in the week, and that game had extra significance for Dasilva, as it was his 100th outing for the club since his arrival from Bristol City in the summer of 2023.
That is a decent achievement in the modern game, and it also shows how the former Chelsea youngster has kept himself fit and available over the years, which his managers will no doubt appreciate.
To celebrate the moment, Coventry presented Dasilva with a shirt that had his name and ‘100’ on the back.
However, some of his teammates couldn’t help but interfere, as they jokingly did the same with a toddler's kit, as they made fun of the defender for his height - which he appeared to take in good spirits.
The joke was shared by the club’s social media, and it got many fans talking, as they clearly enjoyed an insight into the humour in the dressing room…
Another fan joked that Dasilva could have got HR involved after the presentation.
Meanwhile, this Coventry supporter enjoyed it, as they suggested those behind the idea deserve a pay rise!
And this fan joined in with those poking fun at Dasilva.
Finally, on a more serious note, there was some football talk, as this fan recognised the development as a player that Dasilva has made since he arrived, with Lampard credited in particular for helping the Wales international.
This is good for the fans to see, as it gives a glimpse into the banter that will go on each day at the club, and it backs up what people from the outside will believe - that this is a tight-knit group that has no egos.
As Lampard knows, that dressing room spirit is key to any successful side, and it seems apparent that all at Coventry are pulling in the same direction right now.

They don't have the biggest squad in the league, so everybody is contributing, and it looks like a great place to play.
Dasilva will certainly be enjoying how it's going, as he has managed to establish himself as the number one left-back, and he has played arguably the best football of his career since Lampard arrived at the club.
So, it was nice for him to hit the 100 appearance mark for Coventry, which is an achievement that he should be proud of, but his focus will already be on the challenges ahead, with the focus on making sure that evey time he pulls on the Sky Blues' shirt next season it's as a Premier League club.
