A new WhoScored report shows Mohamed Salah has suffered the largest performance rating decline among Premier League players this season.

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has been hit by unexpected negative statistic during the current Premier League campaign.

According to data published by WhoScored, Salah recorded the biggest drop in rating among all players in the league this season, with minimum requirement of 10 appearance.

The Egyptian forward’s average rating has fallen by 0.87 point dropping from 7.61 last season to 6.74 in the current campaign.

The figures highlight difficult season so far for one of Liverpool’s most influential players.

Salah has also moved away from the race for the Premier League Golden Boot earlier than expected.
