Wolves have placed a £15m valuation on Hugo Bueno amid Fiorentina interest this summer.
According to ExpressAndStar.com, the Serie A club are looking to act ahead of rival suitors, and reports in Brazil add there have been no negotiations yet over a potential Flamengo bid for Pedro Lima.
Bueno, under contract until 2028, made 35 Premier League appearances last season, yet his future is uncertain after relegation. David Moller Wolfe is another left-back option at Molineux.
Aston Villa are eyeing an £8m move for Brazilian right-back Emerson Royal at Flamengo. The former Spurs full-back switched to AC Milan in 2024, then signed a three-year deal in Rio de Janeiro last summer. Unai Emery wants the 27-year-old to compete with Matty Cash.
If Villa land Royal, Flamengo could turn to Wolves’ Pedro Lima as a replacement. The 19-year-old has drawn interest this summer, including links to Atletico Mineiro earlier this week.
Villa attacker Lewis Dobbin could head to the Championship again this summer, this time permanently. The 23-year-old, a £10m signing from Everton in 2024, has since had loans at Albion, Norwich and Preston. After a difficult spell at The Hawthorns, he improved at Norwich before an excellent season at Deepdale, scoring 11 goals with eight assists. Long-term admirers Boro, beaten by Hull in the play-off final, are said to be interested in a permanent move.
