KFF VLLAZNIA 0-5 INTER | THE MATCH

The first half was well managed by Inter, who showed up to the Loro-Boriçi Stadium with the attacking duo of Bugeja and Glionna, maintaining the same aggressive approach as in the first-leg. The lead came from a perfect action from Glionna who shot with her right-foot. Bugeja followed the rebound up and slotted home with her left foot to make it 1-0. In the 12th minute, Tomasevic tried her luck on the volley, before one of the closest chances to double the lead from Tomaselli. Vllaznia responded with a shot from Doci, but her effort went over the bar. Montenegro then went close with a left-footed strike. The first 45 minutes ended with a central shot from Bugeja which was blocked by Recalde and then Pleidrup's effort which hit the bar. The second goal came shortly after the resumption of the game, as Inter brought on Detruyer and Polli, with the latter scoring to make it 2-0 in the 48th minute: perfect movement from the number nine to control and score. After her earlier assist, Glionna also got on the scoresheet in the 50th minute for Inter's third of the match. In the 75th minute, Piazza replaced Belli for her European debut and two minutes later, Tomaselli won a penalty and coverted it with a precise shot underneath the bar. In the final 15 minutes, Detruyer headed home Pleidrup's cross to make it 0-5.

Inter advance to the Round of 16 of the Women's Europa Cup: the draw for the remainder of the competition will take place on Friday 17 October.
