Argentina manager Lionel Scaloni has mostly stuck with one lineup in this World Cup so far, but he might be tempted to change things around a little after an unconvincing performance against Cape Verde.
Argentina only won 3-2 in extra time after a worryingly close game, so perhaps there’s a case for bringing in Julian Alvarez over Lautaro Martinez, and maybe Gonzalo Montiel over Nahuel Molina at right-back.
Still, don’t expect too many changes, so perhaps a starting XI something like this…
Argentina predicted line up: Martinez; Montiel, Medina, Martinez, Romero; Fernandez, Mac Allister, De Paul, Almada; Alvarez, Messi.
Egypt predicted line-up: Shobeir; Hany, Rabia, Ibrahim, Abdelmaguid; Ashour, Attia, Hassan, Trezeguet; Salah, Marmoush.

Argentina will surely be the big favourites for this one, with the reigning world champions having a much better squad in general, though it’s going to be intriguing seeing Lionel Messi against Mohamed Salah in a big game like this.
Messi is in a league of his own, but Salah has also been one of the very finest forwards of his generation, and this could be the last time we see them in a World Cup.
Messi has been on fire in this tournament so far, with seven goals to his name already, while it’s been a little slower going for Salah, though he’ll surely be well up for this big game.
