Yuri Alberto and Memphis Depay missed Corinthians' first session since lifting the Supercopa do Brasil, as the squad returned to CT Dr. Joaquim Grava on Tuesday.
According to Meu Timao, Yuri Alberto is recovering from a recent virus and did not train on the pitch, while Memphis Depay worked indoors on recovery.
Both started in the 2-0 win over Flamengo at Mané Garrincha on Sunday. Yuri Alberto skipped the final training before the match due to a stomach upset, yet he struck the second goal.
For Memphis, it was only his second start of 2026. His first came in the 2-1 defeat to Bahia at Vila Belmiro last Wednesday, in the opening round of the Brasileirão. He missed the early fixtures while following a muscle rebalancing programme for left-knee discomfort dating back to late 2025.
The squad had Monday off before an open session on Tuesday. Centre-back João Pedro Tchoca rejoined the group after Torino stepped back from a loan agreement following issues in his medical examinations.
Corinthians continue preparations to face Capivariano on Thursday in the sixth round of the Paulistão, kick-off 20:30 at the Neo Química Arena.
