2 Barcelona stars have overcome their differences to become ‘great friends’ | OneFootball

Two leading members of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona have long put their differences aside, to build a close friendship.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Robert Lewandowski and Lamine Yamal as the pair in question.

It is common knowledge that, in the months following youngster Lamine’s explosion onto the first-team scene in Catalunya’s capital, he and teammate Lewandowski did not always see eye to eye.

One particular exchange between the pair during an outing last season caused quite a stir, after the latter refused the hand of his teammate following Lamine’s failure to pass him the ball during a Barcelona attack.

As alluded to above, though, in the time since, the two Blaugrana stars have built a close bond.

Lamine and Lewandowski have several times during pre-season gone viral online, owing to footage of ‘play fighting’ in training.

To the point that, as per a report from Sport, the duo can now be considered ‘great friends’ on and off the pitch alike.
