À Punt will broadcast four of Corberán’s Valencia pre-season friendlies this summer, beginning on Wednesday at 20:00. The broadcaster said in a statement that it is planning special coverage featuring former captain Fernando Gómez as commentator.

The first two televised games pit Valencia against the region’s two Segunda clubs, Eldense on Wednesday and CD Castellón on Saturday at 20:00. Both will be staged at the Antonio Puchades stadium in the Ciudad Deportiva de Paterna.

The schedule then moves to England for the third fixture, Valencia against Stoke City FC on 1 August at 19:30. It will be played at the Bet 365 Stadium in Stoke-on-Trent.

The summer closes on Saturday 8 August at 21:00 with the Trofeo Naranja at Mestalla, the club’s traditional presentation to supporters. Newcastle United FC provide the opposition one week before the league campaign begins for Carlos Corberán’s side.

À Punt is also working to televise games involving other leading clubs in the Valencian Community, including Villarreal, Levante, Elche and Hércules.
