Abel values Flaco and Roque at €100m as Palmeiras top non-European list | OneFootball

Abel Ferreira has underlined the rising valuations of Flaco López, Vitor Roque and Allan as evidence Palmeiras possess the most valuable squad outside Europe.

According to Globo.com, the coach said the two forwards together are worth €100 million, crediting the club’s work for the surge in prices.

He cited López’s fee of €8 million and a current valuation of €50 million, Roque’s €25 million rising to €50 million, and Allan’s renewal transforming him from a soon-to-be free agent to a €30 to €40 million asset.

Last week the CIES Football Observatory estimated Abel’s group at €322 million, the highest among clubs outside Europe. Flamengo were second on €190 million, with Palmeiras ahead of Al-Hilal, Al-Qadsiah, Al-Ittihad, Al-Nassr and Al-Ahli.

Ferreira pointed to developing younger signings such as López and noted that international call-ups, including Mauricio with Paraguay, increase individual worth, which he believes becomes collective and reflects the team’s consistency.

Early this year Palmeiras told interested clubs it would not even entertain offers for López or Roque. With Allan it was different, as Napoli bid €35 million plus €5 million in bonuses in January, an approach Palmeiras rejected.
