The Rossoneri summer of 2026 brings two programmes designed for young players: AC Milan Experience Élite and Milan Camp. Blending football, values and personal development, with the Milan Method at their core.
Now in its second edition following the success of its debut in 2025, and averaging around 80 participants per week, AC Milan Experience Élite is the flagship summer camp. It runs for four weeks between June and July at the Vismara - PUMA House of Football and is aimed at boys and girls aged 8 to 16. Coached by the Club's official technical staff, participants follow the Milan Method, an approach that combines technique, tactics and mentality with the aim of developing both the athlete and the person as a whole. Experience Élite is delivered in partnership with Sportech Academy, which oversees the organisation and management of the programme, combining high-intensity training sessions with an educational pathway based on respect, discipline and team spirit.
The programme is available in both residential and day camp formats. It includes over 30 hours of training sessions and matches, tactical match analysis with AC Milan coaches, individual feedback, a certificate of participation and insurance coverage.

Alongside Experience Élite, the Milan Camps continue to play a key role in the Rossoneri summer tradition. These long-standing educational programmes have, for years, guided thousands of children and young players through football, training and social interaction in a safe and positive environment, all in line with the Milan Method. The 2026 edition will span more than thirty locations across Italy in eleven regions, while also expanding on a global scale. Following earlier stops in Sri Lanka, France, North Macedonia and Mauritius, the Milan Camps will travel between June and July to Tbilisi (Georgia), Kranjska Gora (Slovenia), Gozo (Malta), St. Moritz (Switzerland), Prague (Czech Republic), Liverpool (England), Pristina (Kosovo) and Dubrovnik (Croatia). In total, more than sixty weeks of summer camp will help bring Rossoneri values to young players from all over the world.
Daniele Massaro, Brand Ambassador of AC Milan said: “Respect, responsibility, courage and team spirit are values that have always defined this Club. These values live on in the AC Milan Experience Élite, where players train to professional standards, and in the Milan Camps, where many youngsters take their first steps into the Rossoneri world. Two different experiences, united by the same goal: helping young people grow not only as footballers, but as individuals.”
