AC Milan want Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker to replace Mike Maignan next summer, according to Sky Switzerland journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
Alisson is out of contract in 2027, and the Reds are open to selling him at the end of the season.
Milan are in contact with Alisson’s representatives as they prepare to make a concrete move. They are hoping to lure the Brazilian back to Italy after the 2026 World Cup.
The 33-year-old joined Liverpool from AS Roma in 2018 and has made over 300 appearances for the club, winning two Premier League titles and one Champions League.
Liverpool brought in Georgian international goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia last summer, and he has already played ten times across all competitions this season.
The 25-year-old has proven he has what it takes to take over as the first-choice, and manager Arne Slot could be ready to let the Brazilian leave.
He could be keen on assembling his own squad, having had to rely on some of the players who were key under former manager Jurgen Klopp.
Alisson is not the only player likely to leave Liverpool at the end of the season, with the future of Mohamed Salah and Ibrahima Konate at the club also in doubt.
The Egyptian suggested he wants to leave in an outburst at the weekend after he was left on the bench again in the Premier League game against Leeds United.
