Al-Hilal return to training as Inzaghi begins pre-season | OneFootball

Al Hilal resumed first-team training on Saturday evening at their headquarters after the off-season break granted by the technical staff led by Italian Simone Inzaghi.

According to AlHilal, the opening session featured new signings Sabri Dahal and Abdullah Al-Anazi, with work centred on fitness and running.

The squad will continue at the club base until flying to Austria for a training camp on 15 July.

Players are scheduled for medical examinations tomorrow morning, then on-field work at the headquarters in the evening, building towards the 2026-27 season.

Saudi internationals Salem Al-Dawsari, Hassan Al-Tambakti, Moteb Al-Harbi, Nasser Al-Dawsari, Sultan Mandash, Mohammed Kanno and Ali Lajami, plus Uruguayan forward Darwin Nunez, are expected to join the camp on Saturday, 18 July.

Senegal defender Kalidou Koulibaly will join the camp on Wednesday, 22 July, with extra rest granted for those who featured at the FIFA World Cup 2026, while return dates for other World Cup players will be confirmed later.
