Al-Ittihad ‘to target’ Sofyan Amrabat as Ounahi links continue, Al-Qadsiah move first | OneFootball

Al-Ittihad have widened their midfield search, with Sofyan Amrabat joining compatriot Azzedine Ounahi on the shortlist, while Al-Qadsiah have made the first move with a 20 million euro offer to Fenerbahce.

Fanatik reports that Al-Ittihad want to sign the Fenerbahce midfielder during the summer window.

Al-Ittihad have not yet submitted a formal bid, and any proposal is expected to be close to Al-Qadsiah's figure.

Fenerbahce have not decided whether to let Amrabat go, and are evaluating the offers and the potential impact of his absence next season.

The Saudi side's pressing need to reinforce midfield before the new season has also seen them linked with Emam Ashour and Marwan Attia of Al-Ahly, and Raphael Onyedika of Club Brugge. Previous reports had them eyeing Ounahi at Girona.
