According to Sitiboca.com.ar, Deportivo Alavés have lodged a formal offer with Boca Juniors for Kevin Zenón, aiming to add the attacking midfielder for the second part of the 2026 European season under Argentine coach Eduardo Coudet.
The bid proposes an 18-month loan, a one million dollar fee, and a purchase option set at seven million euros for 100 percent of his registration. Alavés, unable to fund an immediate transfer, prefer a loan to assess his performance before committing to a permanent deal.
Coudet’s side already features Argentines Lucas Boyé and Nahuel Tenaglia, plus Facundo Garcés, who is suspended until September 2026 by the Malaysian federation for a sanction linked to document falsification.
Meanwhile, São Paulo have renewed their interest. The Brazilian club, set to play the Copa Sudamericana, count the Boca midfielder among their main targets. Although Zenón started Claudio Úbeda’s early run-outs, Boca will study any proposal they deem favourable in a market that could yet see further movement.
Zenón opened the 2025 campaign as one of Boca’s standout players, though his involvement dipped in the second half. He played 10 matches in the Torneo Clausura and finished with four goals.
