Alba Redondo is a new Juventus player! The Spanish forward is a world-class addition to the Women’s First Team, signing a two-year contract with the Club that runs through 30 June, 2028.
Born in Albacete, the 29-year-old took her first steps in football with her local side, working her way through the underage ranks there and making her top-flight debut with the club. Her growth led her to Levante in 2019, and it was there that her career exploded. Over the course of five years, she became a pillar of the side and Spanish women’s football as a whole. In 2022/23, she ended the season as Liga F’s top goalscorer with an impressive tally of 27 to her name.
Those numbers are clearly attention-grabbing, and they don’t stop there. In 2024, she earned a move to Real Madrid, where she confirmed her belonging at the very top table of European football. She ended her first season with Los Blancos as top scorer, and went on to score 28 times across 69 appearances in all competitions. Beyond scoring goals, Alba provides for her teammates too, and she sits third in Liga F’s all-time goal contributions list, behind only Alexia Putellas and Caroline Graham Hansen.
She has also impressed with the Spanish national team. Having shone with the age-capped sides, she stepped up seamlessly to the senior team and made history in 2023, playing an important part as Spain won the Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, which they then followed up by winning back-to-back UEFA Women’s Nations League titles in 2024 and 2025.
A complete forward with a winning mentality and desire to put herself at the disposal of her teammates, Alba will bring priceless quality to the Bianconere’s attacking ranks.
Welcome to Juventus, Alba! We can’t wait to see you on the pitch!
